Paul
Britton is a founding Partner of the Crossford Consulting
Group. His work focuses on the development and management of
people management programs that drive and support
organization performance.
Much of his work is with clients who are seeking to
make a significant change in the way they conduct their
business and present themselves to the marketplace.
Over
the past 30 years he has worked as both a consultant and
senior human resource executive helping many types of
organizations build innovative people management programs.
His ability to bring a strong business, financial and
strategic focus to the arena of people management is where
his contribution has been most valued. His ability and
comfort in working at all levels of an organization to
address both operating and human resource issues provides
the leadership and client support required for successful
change. His areas of expertise include:

Paul
holds a BA (Honours Business) from the Ivey School of
Business, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and
is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
Paul
is an active speaker and author whose focus is creating
innovative concepts and programs related to the people
component of organization change and business performance.
Prior to co-founding Crossford, Paul was a Partner with two
major international consulting firms – Sibson Canada and
Watson Wyatt Co. and has held a number of senior management
positions at Club Corp. International and Nortel Networks.
